Groundbreaking ceremony for the development of Integrated Construction and Prefabrication Hub at Airport Road, held on 2 February 2016.

Soilbuild marked Singapore World Water Day at Solaris, an impressive Green Mark Platinum facility at Fusionopolis. To drive home the message of water conservation, various educational materials were displayed within the premises from 21 to 25 March 2016 and water feature, fountain and irrigation were turned off for a day.

Soilbuild Construction and its following subsidiaries, Soil-Build (Pte.) Ltd., Soilbuild Construction Engineering Pte. Ltd., Soilbuild E&C Pte. Ltd. and SB Procurement Pte. Ltd.; have signed the Pledge for a Better Built Environment Workplace with BCA and CIJC on 18 April 2016.

A topping up ceremony was held for Carros Centre, a freehold 7-storey multiple-user general industrial and warehouse development at Jalan Lam Huat, with Soil-Build (Pte) Ltd as the Main Contractor,on 7 September 2016.
Soilbuild Construction secured 2 award of contracts to build three two-storey detached dwelling houses at 28 Wilkinson Road and two units of two-storey detached dwelling houses at 40 Wilkinson Road.

Soilbuild received the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence Awards 2016 award certificates as Solaris and West Park BizCentral emerged as the winning projects. The presentation ceremony was held at The Regent Hotel Singapore organized by FIABCI Singapore, announced on 21 October 2016.
