Property Management

Administrative Officer, Property Management (2 to 3 months contract)
  • Attend to preliminary enquiries including telephone calls and directs them to the Property Managers / Executive for immediate action. 
  • Record and track all Service Report, Purchase Requisitions & Delivery Orders received.
  • Assist Property Manager for requisition of material, equipment and repair works.
  • Check monthly air-con charges before submission to Finance.
  • Administrative work including preparation of forms, filing and updating of monthly report.
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a property management industry would be an advantage.  
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Accounts Executive (Accounts Payable)
  • Handle the accounts payable function.
  • Handle payments and ensure timeliness of payment process including staff claims.
  • Issue cheques and payments to vendors.
  • Assist in month end closing.
  • General administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties.
  • Possess Higher Nitec in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of accounts payable experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Meticulous, independent and good team player.
Assistant Accountant
  • Handle several full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL of various subsidiaries
  • Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR and AP are posted accurately.
  • Ensure timely financial & monthly management reporting.  
  • Checking and liaising of maintenance fund payments and GST for the relevant companies
  • Manage quarterly GST filing.
  • Manage and assess property tax for the relevant properties.
  • Liaise and attend to CCMS (carpark system issues)
  • Liasie with auditors and tax agents for statutory reporting and compliance of tax filing respectively. 
  • Attend to IRAS tax queries as and when required.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • May be required to travel, if necessary.
  • Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience.
  • Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
  • Accounting experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage.
  • Reporting Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.
Adminstrative Assistant
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing & leasing team by preparing tenancy agreements as well as input and update tenants and tenancy details. 
  • Perform marketing coordination functions, include handling of calls, emails, etc. and maintenance of databases.
  • Assist in all marketing, sales and leasing activities including online and social media platforms.  
  • Follow up on contractual documents, mass mailing letters & reminders as well as preparation of progress reports. 
  • Handle petty cash submissions & responsible for office stationaries.  
  • Provide centralized administrative function /support to ensure operations of the company are run smoothly such as perform reception duties if necessary as well as manage & execute travels and hotel arrangements. 
  • Any other ad hoc administrative duties including assignments with regular use of Photoshop given by immediate supervisor.
  • Possess at least an ITE or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support functions, advertising, promotions and/or marketing in the real estate or leasing industry would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is a prerequisite.  

Project and Construction

M&E Manager
  • Oversee the M&E team which consist of Engineers, Coordinator and Supervisor.
  • Manage the entire process in project management, relating to all operational and administration procedures and communicates all project expectations to team members.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure all M&E Systems are working in good conditions.
  • Take lead in selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule.
  • Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations are complied with.
  • Provide channel of communication between customers and various departments.
  • Ensure that the maintenance and projects are managed in accordance to customer’s specification.
  • Ensure that the budgets are kept within the budgeted costs and margin.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years working experience in related M&E building services.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • HDB project reference is preferred.
Quantity Surveyor (Taker Off)
  • Quantity take-off and able to perform site measurement.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing cost comparison.
  • Assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in quantity take-off.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and well organized.
  • Able to work independently.
Project Director (Myanmar)
  • Plan, manage and lead project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule within resources allocated 
  • Ensure site organization, planning and execution meet contractual, regulatory, safety and quality standard
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation of the project
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites
  • Daily review of site progress and provide timely reports and feedback to the management
  • Bachelor Degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably with a good portfolio in managing residential and commercial projects
  • Relevant experience in Building or Construction. 
  • Excellent people management skills, strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, organize and execute tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills with an ability to interact with people across all levels
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage
Quantity Surveyor
  • To evaluate and recommend on the award of construction contracts.
  • To assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters ensuring compliance with appropriate procurement procedures.
  • To prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows.
  • To verify subcontractors'/suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceed to prepare payment certificates.
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Building or Construction work
  • Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encourage to apply.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.
Account Executive (Myanmar)
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Accountancy/ Pursuing ACCA Level 2 or equivalent, Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Skills in Computerised Accounting System, MS Excel and MS Word is required.
  • At least 2 years experience in the related field for this position. 
  • Junior Executive who specialize in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent is preferred.
  • Pro-active, hardworking, organised, self-disciplined, independent and meticulous traits are necessary.
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage.




Site Manager (Myanmar)
  • Coordinate a team of construction workers on daily site operations 
  • Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications works
  • Assist and support Project Management team to carry out works as assigned
  • Supervise the construction of works and incorporate materials to ensure that they are caried out in accordance with the Project Plan
  • Possess minimum Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Building/ Civil & Structural/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in Building or Construction. 
  • Ability to lead a team of workers and assist the Project Management team on site issues.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
  • Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage.
Professional Engineer
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in Singapore
  • At least 10 years experience in working as a design engineer for engineering consultancy and has experience in commercial building project
  • At least 5 years solid experience in design consultancy for a Senior Engineer role
  • Experience with Pre-cast construction is preferred
