Project and Construction

Assistant Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the inspection and upkeep of building related equipment, infrastructure systems to optimum operability
  • To develop, perform and review methods or techniques that directly impacts the processes or productivity of the operation
  • Take charge of daily facilities maintenance issues and meet contractual obligations
  • Identify and implement improvements in the areas of business activities, sequence of operations / work flows, staffing, handling methods and equipment
  • Ensure implementation of standard operating processes, work methods, performance standards and measurement systems by using measurement tools
  • Implement and manage facilities related initiatives including preventive maintenance and safety programs

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) / Facility Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property services/management firm
  • Possess Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate
  • Able to work independently with minimum guidance

Senior Facilities Executive

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building facilities management and operational activities
  • Conduct regular checks and maintenance programme to ensure building facilities are maintained at high standards
  • Ensure all service providers perform in accordance to schedules of work
  • Attend to all feedback and complaints within reasonable time frame
  • Enforcing compliance with all rules and regulations to building occupiers, contractors and visitors

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Industrial) / Facility Management or equivalent
  • Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate
