Property Management

Senior Manager, Marketing and Leasing
  • Overseeing the marketing and leasing team in (i) developing responsive marketing and leasing strategies and new marketing/leasing initiatives, and (ii) planning and executing marketing/leasing plans to achieve optimized sales/leasing results.
  • Overseeing any appointed external marketing agency to plan and implement marketing campaigns and programmes.
  • Identify potential targets, measure demand and oversee development of marketing/leasing plans/pricing that strikes a balance that is both profitable and competitive.
  • Set sales/leasing target for individual team members and guide/motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • To prepare marketing plan and budget & pricing proposal for senior management’s approval and oversee the approved plan, budget and proposal.
  • To establish/implement procedures and ensure compliance with Group’s internal controls/documentation requirements for all sales/lease agreements.
  • To establish new and/or improve existing procedures whenever necessary to ensure smooth flow of work.
  • To work closely with finance team on collection status and to minimize bad debts.
  • To liaise with external PR consultant and in-house corporate communication representative in handling public media reports, advertisements, events and feedback.
  • Possess a Degree in Real Estate, Estate Management, Property Management, Business Management or other related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of managerial experience in real estate marketing & leasing or lease management industries is preferred.
  • Good analytical and decision making skills, and effective communication skills.
  • Willing to travel when required.
Executive - Accounts Receivable
  • Handling full spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
  • Ensure all the billing and receipts are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all billing are well supported.
  • Following up with customers including billing and payment.
  • Liaising and following up various internal departments on billing/tenant matters or any discrepancies.
  • Assist in month end closing.
  • Perform reconciliation of GL control balances with respective sub ledgers.
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors, tax agent and legal counsel, where necessary.
  • General administrative duties or any other ad-hoc duties.
  • Higher Nitec in Accountancy or any other equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 5-10 years of accounts receivable experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office such as excel and words.
  • Meticulous, independent and good team player.
  • Prepare monthly management and asset reporting.
  • Perform review and analysis of properties performances.
  • Perform consolidation of Group accounts.
  • Assist Finance Manager in tax structuring, regulatory report.
  • Assist Finance Manager on documentation for financing structure and other structuring activities.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications (CPA, ACCA).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Meticulous, independent and good interpersonal skill.
  • Accounting experience in the real estate industry would be an advantage.
  • Able to work within tight timelines.

Project and Construction

M&E Manager
  • Oversee the M&E team which consist of Engineers, Coordinator and Supervisor.
  • Manage the entire process in project management, relating to all operational and administration procedures and communicates all project expectations to team members.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure all M&E Systems are working in good conditions.
  • Take lead in selection and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works by monitoring the progress of the works with respect to the targeted schedule.
  • Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations are complied with.
  • Provide channel of communication between customers and various departments.
  • Ensure that the maintenance and projects are managed in accordance to customer’s specification.
  • Ensure that the budgets are kept within the budgeted costs and margin.
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years working experience in related M&E building services.
  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • HDB project reference is preferred.
Quantity Surveyor (Taker Off)
  • Quantity take-off and able to perform site measurement.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing cost comparison.
  • Assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building/Construction.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in quantity take-off.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and well organized.
  • Able to work independently.
Project Director (Myanmar)
  • Plan, manage and lead project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule within resources allocated 
  • Ensure site organization, planning and execution meet contractual, regulatory, safety and quality standard
  • Liaise with the relevant authorities, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth implementation of the project
  • Identify, evaluate and resolve problems at construction sites
  • Daily review of site progress and provide timely reports and feedback to the management
  • Bachelor Degree in Building/Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar capacity preferably with a good portfolio in managing residential and commercial projects
  • Relevant experience in Building or Construction. 
  • Excellent people management skills, strong leadership skills, ability to prioritize, organize and execute tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills with an ability to interact with people across all levels
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage
Quantity Surveyor
  • To evaluate and recommend on the award of construction contracts.
  • To assist Project Manager in all contractual and costing matters ensuring compliance with appropriate procurement procedures.
  • To prepare valuations pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims and monitor project cash flows.
  • To verify subcontractors'/suppliers' monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceed to prepare payment certificates.
  • Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Building or Construction work
  • Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encourage to apply.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.
Account Executive (Myanmar)
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced Diploma/ Diploma in Accountancy/ Pursuing ACCA Level 2 or equivalent, Professional Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Skills in Computerised Accounting System, MS Excel and MS Word is required.
  • At least 2 years experience in the related field for this position. 
  • Junior Executive who specialize in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent is preferred.
  • Pro-active, hardworking, organised, self-disciplined, independent and meticulous traits are necessary.
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage.




Site Manager (Myanmar)
  • Coordinate a team of construction workers on daily site operations 
  • Inspect, resolve and monitor rectifications works
  • Assist and support Project Management team to carry out works as assigned
  • Supervise the construction of works and incorporate materials to ensure that they are caried out in accordance with the Project Plan
  • Possess minimum Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS)
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Building/ Civil & Structural/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Relevant experience in Building or Construction. 
  • Ability to lead a team of workers and assist the Project Management team on site issues.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
  • Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.
  • Ability to communicate in Burmese is an advantage.
Professional Engineer
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in Singapore
  • At least 10 years experience in working as a design engineer for engineering consultancy and has experience in commercial building project
  • At least 5 years solid experience in design consultancy for a Senior Engineer role
  • Experience with Pre-cast construction is preferred 

Asset and Fund Management

Accountant (4 months contract)
  • Handle full set of accounts for the REIT Manager.
  • Prepare MAS and SGX reporting and compliance related matters.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for submission to Trustee.
  • Liaise with Trustee on ad-hoc matters including instructions to banks.
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Accounting role.
  • Knowledge in MAS and SGX reporting.
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Candidate in REIT industry is preferred.
Executive - Investor Relations


Investor Relations

  • Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors and analysts as well as individual investors.
  • Prepare investor and non-deal road show presentations.
  • Organise conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls and analyst/investor meetings.
  • Develop and implement a strategic annual unitholder communication plan.
  • Manage the REIT’s website.
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarises them for management.

Quarterly Results Announcements and Annual Reports

  • Prepare the Board Meeting and Results Announcement presentation slides.
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer in preparing quarterly market commentaries and press releases.
  • Conduct market research and track statistics announced by the government agency and professionals.
  • Render technical and statistical support to the Management during meetings with the Directors and/or the Unitholders.
  • Check and ensure accuracy of all portfolio figures reported.
  • Assist in preparation of annual reports.
  • Minimum Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
  • High level of accuracy in processing figures and numbers.
  • Excellent Power Point skills.
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
