Property Management

Development Management Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
  • Responsible for the planning, executing, monitoring, control and completion of property development within required time frame and budget. 
  • Identify and manage the project risk and project performance to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage the consultants and contractor to ensure that the project is in compliance with Authority requirements. 
  • Report to management and stakeholders on the progress of the project.
  • Lead the project team members (Consultants, Contractor) and manage the property development process from the inception till the completion.
  • Work with architects and structural consultants to manage authorities’ approval processes and design development timeline.
  • Work with the Consultant to manage the property procurement process.
  • Review and ensure architectural, structural and engineering drawings details are in order.
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/Head of Department from time to time.
  • Possess a Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Architectural or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in project management in construction / development projects would be an added advantage.
Resident Technical Officer
  • To supervisor construction works in accordance to Project specifications, construction drawings & Building control acts and regulations.
  • To inspect the works to ensure that the contractor executes the work in accordance to the Resident Engineer / Consultants' instructions.
  • Check drawings and specifications for discrepancies and highlight to Resident Engineer / Consultants, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays.
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
  • Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and accredited by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to works.
  • Registered with IES as an accredited Resident Technical Officer

Project and Construction

Professional Engineer
  • Degree in Civil Engineering from university recognised by PE Board of Singapore
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering in Singapore
  • At least 10 years experience in working as a design engineer for engineering consultancy and has experience in commercial building project
  • At least 5 years solid experience in design consultancy for a Senior Engineer role
  • Experience with Pre-cast construction is preferred 
Design Engineer
  • Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the local PE Board
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in building construction
  • Design experience in consultant office is preferred
  • Knowledge of formwork / steel structure design is an added advantage
  • Proficient in the application of AutoCAD
  • Positions are only available to Singaporean and PR




ISO/Administrative Manager
  • Conduct audits to ensure consistent compliance against minimum quality and compliance standards and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Generate detailed audit reports specifying identified gap, areas for improvement and recommendations 
  • Conduct follow up visits, as required, to sites identified as High Risk
  • Work with relevant representatives to ensure that all actions are fully closed out in line with expectations
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance organisation compliance
  • Define and deploy best practices
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree preferrably in Business Adminstration
  • QMS Professional Certificate / Audit related certification
  • Registered / certified QMS Lead Auditor or QMS Auditor or QMS Internal Auditor or other appropriate equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Management Systems is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Building and Construction industry
  • Experience in QEHS internal audit (IWO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001)
