Singapore, 20 May 2013 - Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. (SBCG) has lodged and registered a Prospectus with respect to the proposed offering of its new shares (Invitation) on 10 May 2013 and 17 May 2013, respectively, with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
